Job Summary: Newrest is seeking an experienced HSE Supervisor to oversee cleaning, hygiene, and safety operations at the plant, promote workplace order, and train staff. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision of cleaning and hygiene for risk prevention 2. Promotion of order and cleanliness in the workplace 3. Training and instruction of personnel under their supervision Newrest is a multinational catering company currently operating in over 58 countries and present in Peru for 13 years. Focused on gastronomy, our operations span Airline Catering, Concessions, Retail, and Remote Site Services — including food service, maintenance, and hospitality. We are currently seeking **01 HSE SUPERVISOR WITH EXPERIENCE – CALLAO PLANT**, with the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree, Licentiate, or Engineer in Food Industries, Microbiology, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Bromatology and Nutrition, Nutrition, or related fields; and/or relevant work experience validating and supporting such knowledge. * Knowledge of cleaning and maintenance * Basic knowledge of GMP and SSOP * **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise personnel responsible for cleaning activities in office areas, locker rooms, and external areas. * Supervise and monitor proper procedures for cleaning and hygiene activities to prevent health risks and contingencies. * Supervise the provision of hygiene and safety materials and supplies to workers. * Promote order and cleanliness in workplaces. * Train, instruct, and motivate personnel under their supervision to correctly perform assigned tasks. * Continuously contribute value improvements to enhance hygiene and cleaning management across plant areas. * Support activities assigned by their immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment registration from day one (statutory benefits). * Opportunity to join a multinational company * 90% subsidized lunch at headquarters * Transportation assistance for commuting to and from the office (Callao). ***Newrest maintains an inclusive hiring policy for people with diverse abilities*** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,800.00 – S/.2,000.00 per month Application Questions: * Please provide your ID number and telephone/WhatsApp number * Indicate your current residential district * How many years of experience do you have in this role? * ID number and mobile phone number Work Location: On-site employment
