An electrical and industrial sector company is seeking an SSOMA Supervisor with a strong commitment to safety, occupational health, and environmental protection to join its technical team responsible for medium- and low-voltage electrical projects. We seek a proactive professional with field leadership experience and dedication to continuous improvement in safety and environmental standards. WHATSAPP 900 730 003 Requirements: * **Licensed and/or registered engineer** in Safety, Environmental, Industrial, Chemical, or related fields. * **Minimum 2 years of experience** performing SSOMA functions as a SUPERVISOR on electrical construction sites or projects. * Up-to-date knowledge of **Peruvian regulations on safety, occupational health, and the environment.** * Experience in developing **IPERCs, safety plans, prevention programs, and technical reports.** * **Availability for on-site work and travel to provincial areas.** Main Responsibilities: * Ensure compliance with **SSOMA** procedures and policies across all electrical projects. * Conduct **inductions, training sessions, and preventive safety talks** for operational and technical personnel. * Carry out **field inspections, internal audits, and corrective action follow-ups.** * Prepare **technical reports, safety plans, and environmental reports** according to company guidelines. * Promote a daily operational **culture of prevention, order, and safety.** We Offer: * Opportunity to join a **solid and growing company** in the electrical sector. * **Collaborative work environment focused on safety and technical excellence.** * **Professional development opportunities** in high-impact projects.
