




Position Summary: Supports the management of meetings, trainings, and SIG procedures; conducts HSE inspections; and participates in incident root cause analysis. Key Highlights: 1. Support in SIG management and occupational safety. 2. Assistance in SIG training and procedures. 3. Conducting HSE inspections and safety talks. **Responsibilities:** * Provide support in managing meetings related to processes covered under the SIG scope, in accordance with the integrated checklist (Corrective Action Request, Risk & Opportunity Matrix, Master List, Change Management, etc.). * Assist in delivering SIG-related training. * Support updating SIG procedures, IPER, and AIA Matrix. * Conduct HSE inspections and generate records. * Deliver 5-minute safety talks. * Perform documentary verification for supplier onboarding. * Support root cause analysis and follow-up of SAC, 8D, RCCA, plant incidents, RAC, monitoring, and drills. * Perform other duties inherent to the position as assigned by the supervisor. **Requirements:** * Students in their 10th semester or recent graduates in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. * Prior internship experience in auditing firms or companies implementing IMS is preferred. * Knowledge of indicator management (preferred). * Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards (preferred). * Intermediate Excel skills. * Basic English proficiency. * Availability to undertake internships at our plant located in Lurín.
