This includes implementing methodologies at all levels of complexity and being responsible for compliance with quality, safety, and environmental policies and standards. Key responsibilities include: * Ensuring the correct execution of assigned analytical methods or determinations, including performing verification calculations, safeguarding results and materials under one's responsibility, and recording data within established timeframes. * Procuring, ensuring availability of, or preparing necessary materials, equipment, and/or accessories for laboratory analyses, handling chemical reagents and controlling their quality prior to use. * Ensuring and complying with all activities related to sample handling, preparation of reagents and standards, as well as result integrity according to current procedures. **Requirements** * Formal Education: Technical education at secondary or higher level in Chemistry, Laboratory Analyst, Chemical Analyst, or related fields. * Experience: Similar field or sector: 3 years of experience in chemical analysis. Similar position: 2 years in a minerals laboratory. * Minimum required competencies: Proficiency in Good Laboratory Practices. Knowledge of Quality Standards.
