In Peru, we operate in most economic sectors such as mining, agriculture, and fishing, forming part of the value chain of their products and services. **Job Description** * Manage QA/QC for the metallurgical, chemical, and mineralogical laboratory * Verify equipment calibration plans * Participate in and/or schedule round robin tests * Accredit methods according to service requirements * Actively participate in ISO standards certification * Verify updates to templates and/or procedures * Comply with the organization's quality guidelines **Requirements** * Solid knowledge in conducting metallurgical tests (mechanical preparation, comminution, flotation, and hydrometallurgy) * Solid criteria for evaluating metallurgical test results * Personnel management experience * Good communication skills at all levels * Sound resource management criteria * Solid knowledge of quality and safety management systems * 3 years of experience in quality area * 1 year as coordinator/responsible person/specialist in quality area * Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields **Additional Information** * Payroll registration from the first day. * Life insurance as per law. * Constant training opportunities. * Corporate agreements. * EPS premium covered at 80%.
