Job stability and positive organizational climate **APPLY WITH CV – NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED** **JOB OPENING – CLEANING AND FUMIGATION OPERATIVE** At VIPS PERU, we are looking for a Cleaning and Fumigation Operative who is committed, responsible, and available to join our team immediately. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Perform fumigation services at commercial establishments, restaurants, rotisseries, and other premises. * Clean grease traps, extractor hoods, water tanks, and other similar equipment. * Use chemical products and work equipment correctly. * Comply with safety regulations and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Complete basic forms such as service reports, service orders, and minutes. **BENEFITS AND EMPLOYMENT TERMS** * Formal payroll registration with benefits at 50%: * 15 days of vacation * 50% of the annual bonus (gratification) * 50% of the Compensatory Time Savings Fund (CTS) * Performance-based bonuses * Biweekly and timely payments * SCTR insurance * Certified ongoing training * Career development path * Positive organizational climate * Job stability **AVAILABLE WORK SCHEDULES** **Shift 1** * Monday to Saturday, approximately 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. \+ overtime **Shift 2** * Monday to Saturday, approximately 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. \+ overtime **REQUIREMENTS** * Must be over 18 years old with a valid ID document. * Basic knowledge of environmental sanitation and/or maintenance services (not mandatory). * Completed secondary education. * Immediate availability. * Availability to work overtime. * Willingness to perform operational services. * No police, criminal, or judicial records. * Good health condition. **COMPETENCIES** * Punctuality * Proactivity and ability to work under pressure * Teamwork * Responsibility * Honesty Salary: S/.1,200\.00 \- S/.1,400\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
