




Job Summary: We are seeking an attentive individual to manage customer communications—including calls, messages, and emails—with training provided and remote work. Key Highlights: 1. Customer communication management 2. Training provided 3. Flexibility to work from home We need a female candidate to answer calls, reply to WhatsApp messages, and respond to email messages. Generate invoices/receipts upon customer request; all tasks will be learned on the job. A mobile phone will be provided; essentially, the role requires attentiveness to incoming messages during working hours—not all hours are busy, but prompt responses to incoming messages are required. We seek someone who remains attentive to their mobile phone. Training will last several days, after which work will be conducted from the candidate’s residence. Holding other jobs is not permitted, as full attention must be given to messages from potential customers.
