CARGO OPERATIONS ASSISTANT – TALMA \| CALLAO CyL Talent Management Consulting is currently recruiting personnel to join TALMA as a Cargo Operations Assistant, performing duties at Jorge Chávez International Airport – Callao. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Receive, transfer, load, and unload cargo and baggage. * Support the classification, distribution, and organization of air cargo. * Perform stowage and unstowage tasks according to established procedures. * Verify and prepare cargo in accordance with operational standards. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Comply with safety regulations and airport protocols. * Support the team leader or supervisor during operations. REQUIREMENTS: * Completed secondary education. * Experience in warehousing, production, loading, unloading, stowage, or similar roles (preferred). * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Availability to work on-site in Callao. * Physical fitness suitable for operational tasks and moderate physical effort.
