Dynamic and safe work environment. **CONSORCIO ESPERANZA** is looking for a **Logistics Assistant** to provide support in the management, control, procurement, and distribution of materials, equipment, and tools for construction sites. REQUIREMENTS * Technical or university studies in Administration, Logistics, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in logistics, procurement, warehousing, and/or purchasing, preferably in the construction sector. * Experience and knowledge in using **ERP S10**. * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Excel**. * Knowledge of material, equipment, tool, and inventory management. * Knowledge of procurement, supply, and supplier management processes. * Knowledge of process optimization and operations management techniques. * Analytical, organizational, and follow-up capabilities. * Strong communication and coordination skills across different departments. * Results-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure. * Availability to work **100% on-site in Ventanilla**. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Prepare comparative analyses, purchase orders, and service orders. * Coordinate and monitor procurement and acquisition processes for materials, equipment, and services. * Coordinate activities related to transportation, storage, and handling of materials. * Monitor timely delivery of materials and their proper receipt in the warehouse. * Review inventory reports and prioritize utilization of idle materials. * Maintain up-to-date tracking and control of materials, equipment, and tools. * Coordinate with Warehouse, Administration, Procurement, Operations, and Construction departments to ensure timely supply. * Support the development, updating, and implementation of internal operational procedures and regulations. * Identify improvement opportunities and propose actions to optimize logistics processes. * Monitor supplier qualification and due diligence processes. * Support supplier performance evaluation and monitoring. * Prepare reports related to logistics management, procurement, and inventories.
