Job stability and a positive work environment **CLEANING ASSISTANT — LINCE BRANCH (MORNING SHIFT)** **JOB MISSION:** Ensure order, cleanliness, and proper maintenance of the gym facilities, guaranteeing optimal, safe, and functional spaces for our customers through efficient execution of cleaning, preservation, and operational support tasks. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Prior experience in cleaning tasks (homes, offices, commercial premises, etc.). * Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, proactivity, and commitment. * Must reside in areas near Lince, Cercado de Lima, La Victoria, San Borja, or other neighboring districts. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform continuous cleaning and disinfection of the training area, equipment, reception, operational areas, and restrooms. * Carry out periodic cleaning of the main entrance, parking area, or exterior premises. * Properly remove and dispose of solid waste from trash bins located in the training hall, locker rooms, and reception during and at the end of the workday. * Maintain order, appearance, and optimal condition of the facilities to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for customers. **SCHEDULE AND DAYS OFF:** * **Monday to Friday:** 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. * **Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays:** 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. * **Days Off:** One rotating day per week (Saturday or Sunday). **CONDITIONS AND BENEFITS:** * **Salary:** S/. 1,200.00 per month (biweekly and monthly payments). * **Position Type:** Full-time / Immediate hiring. * Enrollment in MYPE payroll starting from the 4th month, with all statutory benefits. * **Free membership** to train at our gyms. * Job stability and a positive work environment.
