Job Summary: A major factory is seeking Production Assistants for operational tasks on the production floor, including picking, product verification, and assistance with loading and unloading. S/ 1,700) Job Description A major factory is currently seeking **Production Assistants with or without experience** to perform operational tasks on the production floor. We are looking for responsible individuals with a positive attitude and willingness to perform physical labor. Responsibilities * Perform product picking according to shipping orders. * Verify codes, quantities, and condition of mattresses. * Assist with loading and unloading goods. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Comply with safety and quality protocols. * Stand and move continuously during work hours. Requirements * Completed or incomplete secondary education * Experience or no experience in production, warehousing, stacking, construction, merchandising, or other operational roles. * Availability for rotating shifts (morning and night). * Willingness to work paid overtime. * Positive attitude and sense of responsibility. Benefits * Base salary: S/ 1,280 per month. * Overtime pay in accordance with applicable law. * Average monthly income including overtime: **approx. S/ 1,700 net**. * Meals provided: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. * Full payroll registration from day one. * Statutory benefits: CTS, bonuses, vacation, EsSalud, family allowance.
