We seek a results-driven professional with field leadership capability and solid experience in technical project management. Requirements * Licensed and registered Civil Engineer (CIP license required). * Minimum 3 years of experience in civil works execution and/or supervision. * Experience in quantity surveying, valuations, and cost control. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Excel (intermediate or advanced level). * Availability for on-site work. Responsibilities * Supervise the technical execution of civil works. * Prepare and review quantity surveys, budgets, and valuations. * Monitor schedules and physical/financial progress. * Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and administrative departments. * Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
