Impeccable personal appearance required Gestiona365, a residential building management company, is currently seeking a Cleaning Operator for one of our buildings at **Golf Los Incas, Santiago de Surco**. **Responsibilities:** * Cleaning and disinfection of common areas: lobby, hallways, staircases, elevators, rooftop, and parking areas. * Maintaining order and presentation of common areas according to the building’s service standards. * Proper handling and separation of waste in accordance with regulations. * Immediate reporting of maintenance, cleaning, or security incidents to the supervisor. * Occasional support in basic maintenance tasks when required. * Other duties assigned by the building administrator. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Prior experience in cleaning common areas or residential buildings (preferred). * Impeccable personal appearance — the building is a premium residential property with direct contact with residents and visitors. * Punctuality, discretion, and responsibility. * Availability to move between floors and areas of the building throughout the workday. **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday: 7 AM to 4 PM * Saturday: 7 AM to 1 PM **We Offer:** * Compensation: S/ 1,130 \+ transportation allowance. * Formal employment registration from day one. * Stable employment in a residential building. * Positive work environment and support from the administrative team. **Work Location:** Av.
