Job Summary: We are seeking a Stevedore for AGUNSA Perú, responsible for executing cargo loading and unloading operations in containers, ensuring proper cargo positioning and securing. Full payroll enrollment from day one. **Main Responsibilities:** Execute cargo loading and unloading operations inside and outside containers. Ensure proper cargo positioning and securing. Comply with safety protocols and use of PPE. Follow instructions from the immediate supervisor for each operation. Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. Report incidents, damages, or risks occurring during operations. Prior experience in stevedoring, unstevedoring, or terminal port operations (minimum 6 months). Knowledge of container loading and unloading procedures. Familiarity with safety regulations, port operations, and cargo handling is desirable. Certification in cargo handling or stevedoring is desirable. Good physical condition and willingness to perform fieldwork. Availability to work in Callao, Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM.
