At Megafilms, we are seeking a **Store Customer Service Advisor** to deliver personalized, high-quality service to our customers. The ideal candidate will address inquiries, offer solutions, and guide customers in selecting our products, ensuring a satisfying shopping experience. **Responsibilities:** * In-store customer service: Provide personalized assistance by advising customers on our products and responding effectively and courteously to their inquiries. * Sales management: Assist customers throughout the purchasing process, recommending products and facilitating direct in-store sales. * Issuance of purchase receipts: Manage the issuance of invoices, sales receipts, quotations, credit notes, and debit notes, ensuring accurate documentation for each transaction. * Product organization and restocking: Maintain an organized store, ensuring products are properly displayed and restocking inventory as needed. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Completed secondary education; prior studies in sales, customer service, or related fields are a plus. * **Experience:** With or without customer service experience, preferably in physical stores or retail. * **Skills:** Excellent communication skills, customer orientation, ability to work in a team, and a proactive attitude. **We Offer:** * A dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Opportunities for professional growth within the company. * Ongoing training to improve customer service skills.
