Opportunity for career progression based on performance 3. 100% covered meal subsidy On behalf of our client **PRODUCTOS PARAÍSO DEL PERÚ**, we are seeking Distribution Helpers\- Operators. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education **(mandatory)** * With or without formal or informal experience in production, stacking, loading/unloading, or carpentry. * Availability to work rotating shifts of up to 12 hours. **BENEFITS:** * Base salary of **S/. 1,280 to S/. 1,650\+ overtime pay** (overtime compensated per law) * Direct and full payroll registration, including 100% statutory benefits (BONUS PAY — two additional salaries per year, CTS — one additional salary, paid vacations, family allowance, health insurance, and other benefits) * 100% covered meal subsidy, providing 2 MEALS PER DAY (breakfast, lunch and/or dinner) * Career progression path based on performance.
