Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project A Field Engineer is required in Huachipa **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. * Minimum two years’ certified experience in manufacturing metal structures. * Experience in coordination, field personnel management, client interface, and progress reporting. * Knowledge of Last Planner, Look Ahead, daily scheduling, and occupational health and safety regulations. * Knowledge of quality standards in construction procedures. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project. * Skills: personnel management, attention to detail, time management, effective communication, teamwork, proactivity, and problem-solving ability. **Responsibilities:** * Plan and execute project activities to ensure compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and established safety standards. * Manage resources required for execution according to the project schedule and budget. * Supervise quality throughout the project process, as well as materials and finishes, to ensure compliance with required quality standards. * Prepare weekly construction progress reports in the requested formats. * Actively communicate project progress to Management and other stakeholders. * Perform other duties inherent to the position within the scope of competence.
