




Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Human Resources or Personnel Administration professional to manage recruitment processes, personnel files, attendance tracking, and provide payroll support. Key Highlights: 1. Manages key personnel selection and administration processes. 2. Supports the preparation of reports and control dashboards in Excel. 3. Actively collaborates in payroll and accounting coordination. Requirements: * Completed technical studies in Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources or Personnel Administration. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Proactivity, responsibility, and organizational skills. * Communication and teamwork abilities. Responsibilities: * Post job vacancies on various platforms; coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the selection process. * Manage employee personnel files. * Process employee onboarding and offboarding in the T Registry. * Monitor attendance, vacations, leaves of absence, and contract renewals; issue bank statements and VIDA LEY certificates. * Provide payroll support (coordination with accounting). * Prepare reports and control dashboards using Excel. **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Salary: S/.1,200\.00 \- S/.1,500\.00 per hour Work Location: On-site employment
