Inclusion in the payroll from day one At IGH Peru, we are seeking a Human Resources Assistant to provide support in recruitment and selection processes, personnel administration, accreditations, and document management. ***Work Modality*** * Work location: Santiago de Surco * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. ***Responsibilities:*** * Manage documentation required for new hires and contracts. * Conduct personnel accreditations on various client platforms and mining units. * Coordinate occupational medical examinations, inductions, and personnel authorization for mine access. * Manage personnel onboarding, offboarding, and information updates. * Administer and maintain physical and digital personnel files. * Provide support in contract management, SCTR insurance, and Life Insurance Law compliance. * Assist with administrative tasks specific to the Human Resources department. Requirements ***Academic Qualifications:*** * Graduate, Bachelor's degree holder, or Technical diploma holder in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields. ***Work Experience:*** * Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Experience in mining, security, or service companies is desirable. ***Technical Knowledge:*** * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of personnel accreditation procedures. * Basic understanding of Peruvian labor legislation. * Experience managing EMO, SCTR, and Life Insurance Law compliance. * **Proficiency in T\-Registro and accreditation platforms.** ***Benefits*** * Inclusion in the payroll from day one. * General Regime. * Opportunity for professional growth and development. * Career path. * Ongoing training.
