




Job Summary: We are seeking an HR Assistant to manage payroll, recruitment, employee support, and workplace wellness at a water treatment company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages payroll and labor obligations 2. Participates in recruitment and onboarding of personnel 3. Organizes employee wellness and workplace climate activities WATER TREATMENT COMPANY IS SEEKING: HR ASSISTANT Responsibilities: \* Payroll calculation \* Attendance, tardiness, and absence tracking \* AFPNET/PLAME filings \* Execution of recruitment and onboarding processes \* Employee support and dissemination of announcements \* Submission of labor obligations \* Organization of wellness activities (birthdays, holidays, and workplace climate) \* Follow-up on labor and administrative procedures \* Other duties assigned by the HR supervisor related to the department Requirements: Studies in Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or Accounting 2 years of experience (preferred) Intermediate Excel skills Conditions: Salary negotiable 100% statutory benefits \- General Regime Payroll Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Position type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Starting from S/.1,600\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
