Requirements: * University or technical degree in gastronomy or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in hot kitchen. * Willingness to learn and work as a team * Responsibility, punctuality, and positive attitude Responsibilities include: * Preparing all menu items (sandwiches, waffles, pasta, salads, tostones, brunch, breakfast). * Performing production for dishes. * Mise en place * Cleaning and maintaining cleanliness of the work area. Our kitchen space is limited, so organization is essential. Initiative and strong willingness to perform the role are crucial. Our specialty focuses on sandwiches. Meals provided.
