We are looking for team members with a responsible attitude, strong work commitment, and safety-oriented mindset, capable of performing operational duties while adhering to the company's internal standards and procedures. **Job Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Reside in Ventanilla or surrounding areas near Parque Porcino. * Available to work rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, with scheduled rest days. * Available to work extended 12-hour shifts and 6-hour shifts on Saturdays. **Responsibilities:** * Perform loading, unloading, and transportation of assigned waste or materials. * Assist in managing and organizing documentation related to operations. * Carry out tasks assigned by the supervisor according to service requirements. **Benefits Offered:** * MYPE payroll registration from the first day of employment, including all corresponding benefits. * Timely bi-weekly payments. * Mobility and meal allowances. * Attendance bonus. * Continuous training and development. * Internal professional growth and career development path within the company.
