MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR (experience in shopping centers)

Job Summary: We are seeking a maintenance supervisor for commercial premises, responsible for on-site inspection and autonomous handling of technical and economic matters. Key Highlights: 1. Autonomy in technical and economic matters 2. On-site and strategic supervision of commercial premises 3. Experience in general and structural maintenance in retail Responsibilities: \- The supervisor must conduct on-site visits and inspections of assigned commercial premises at least five times per week or whenever required by CFR. \- Additionally, the supervisor is expressly and unequivocally authorized by THE SUPERVISOR as the sole valid point of contact with CFR for both technical and economic matters, and possesses full autonomy in performing their duties. Requirements: \- Licensed Civil Engineer and/or Architect, duly registered and qualified \- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a maintenance supervisor in retail projects \- Experience performing general maintenance duties related to structural aspects, including roof and structural works.
