Immediate payroll enrollment from day one A leading environmental sector company specializing in hazardous waste management is looking for a Loading Operator to join its team. **Job Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Residence in areas near Ventanilla (Parque Porcino). * Availability to work Monday through Sunday with rotating days off. * Availability to work 12-hour shifts and 6-hour shifts on Saturdays. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform material and waste loading and unloading tasks following established safety protocols. * Support operational documentation validation and control. * Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Benefits:** * Immediate payroll enrollment from day one. * Timely biweekly payments. * Mobility and meal allowance. * Perfect attendance incentive. * S/ 1,000 bonus awarded twice per year (June and November). * Ongoing training. * Career growth and career path opportunity.
