Ongoing training and growth opportunities A reputable environmental services company specializing in comprehensive hazardous waste management is currently seeking **Loading Operators** to join its operational team. We seek responsible, committed individuals who are willing to comply with established safety procedures, and who are available to carry out operational duties within a solid and growing company. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Residency in Ventanilla or areas near Parque Porcino. * Availability to work rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, with scheduled days off. * Availability for 12-hour shifts and 6-hour shifts on Saturdays. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform loading, unloading, and transportation of waste or materials following established procedures. * Provide support in organizing and controlling operational documents. * Carry out tasks assigned by the supervisor according to service scheduling. **Benefits:** * Formal employment under MYPE payroll from day one, including statutory benefits. * Biweekly payments on fixed dates. * Mobility and meal allowance. * Attendance and performance incentive. * Ongoing training. * Internal growth opportunities.
