We are looking for responsible, proactive, and safety-compliant individuals committed to adhering to safety regulations and eager to grow within a stable company offering advancement opportunities. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Residency in Ventanilla or areas adjacent to Parque Porcino. * Availability to work rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, with rest days according to schedule. * Availability to work 12-hour shifts and 6-hour shifts on Saturdays. **Responsibilities:** * Perform loading, unloading, and transportation of waste or materials in accordance with operational procedures. * Support the organization, registration, and control of documentation related to operations. * Carry out tasks assigned by the supervisor according to the daily service schedule. **Benefits:** * Formal employment under MYPE payroll from the first day of work. * Timely biweekly payments. * Mobility and meal allowance. * Attendance and goal-achievement incentives. * Ongoing training. * Opportunities for internal growth and development.
