Job Summary: We are seeking production operators for various departments, responsible for operational tasks, raw material receipt and selection, bagging, labeling, and workplace cleaning. Manual work requiring a high sense of responsibility and punctuality We are Centro Carnes, an importer of meat products, as well as a distributor and manufacturer of hamburgers. We are currently recruiting production operators for various departments—including packaging and chopping—at our facility in VENTANILLA. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Prior experience in similar positions within food processing plants or related industries. * No restrictions working in cold environments (10°C to 15°C). **Responsibilities:** * Execute production operations. * Receive and select raw materials; perform bagging, labeling, sealing, and palletizing; in some cases, feed machines with raw materials or supplies. * Clean the workplace. * Chop frozen products. * Comply with quality standards (GMP, HACCP) to ensure product safety. * Adhere to occupational health and safety (OHS) policies and guidelines. * Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Competencies:** * High degree of flexibility to carry out diverse tasks across different areas. * Aptitude for manual work. * Strong results-oriented mindset. * High level of punctuality. * Highly responsible and capable of meeting deadlines. **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits.
