




Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to handle customer interactions and prepare cafeteria products in a corporate building, ensuring courteous service and maintaining the area. We require a team member to work in the customer service area, corridor, and ESPECIALLY CAPERUZO USAGE WITH CAFETERIA PRODUCTS, located inside a corporate building, serving its users and employees. **Main Responsibilities:** * Direct customer service, ensuring friendly, agile, and high-quality service. * Proper use of the POS system. * Preparation and distribution of products (hot and cold beverages, food items). * Maintaining order, cleanliness, and proper presentation of the work area. * Assisting with inventory control and product restocking. * Teamwork and mutual support among colleagues. * Compliance with internal hygiene and customer service protocols. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. **Employment Conditions:** * Remuneration: S/ 600.00 (six hundred and 00/100 soles) net per month. * Weekly rest: Saturdays and Sundays. **Required Profile:** * Responsibility, punctuality, and commitment. * Positive service attitude and strong communication skills. * Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure.
