We are looking for a **Bartender** for our client **Pan Sal Aire**, a well-known gastronomic restaurant and market that combines quality offerings, carefully crafted products, and a unique experience for its customers. We seek a dynamic, agile, and beverage-focused individual eager to join a team in a dynamic, high-demand environment. What will be your main responsibilities? * Prepare and serve classic cocktails, signature cocktails, and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, strictly adhering to established recipes and measurements. * **Mise en place:** Prepare fresh juices, syrups, fruit cuts, and garnishes required for natural juices, natural sodas, and iced tea, ensuring constant ice stock. * Monitor liquor inventory, record losses, and apply the FEFO (First Expired, First Out) system to prevent spoilage of supplies. * Perform deep cleaning of equipment, bar counter, and utensils, and organize and inventory everything for the next morning’s team. What are we looking for? * Minimum 6 months of experience as a Bartender. * Knowledge: Mixology, glassware, liquors, and spirits. * Desired knowledge in coffee and hot beverage preparation. * Availability to work fixed shifts Monday through Saturday, from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM.
