




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced culinary professional skilled in preparing stir-fried dishes and chaufas, responsible for food preparation, inventory control, and cleanliness. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparation of stir-fried dishes and chaufas 2. Product rotation control and proper storage 3. Responsibility for cleaning and support in kitchen areas · Perform the pre-service checklist for ingredients, seasonings, and mise en place. · Prepare stir-fried dishes and chaufas. · Monitor product rotation according to FIFO (First In, First Out). · Properly package and store remaining products at the end of the day (including waste tracking). · Maintain cleanliness of the assigned work area. · Assist with general kitchen area cleaning. Requirements: · Minimum 2 years of prior experience in similar roles, preferably in Chinese restaurants. · Knowledge of food cutting, preparation, and cooking techniques. · Ability to work effectively in a high-demand, high-pressure environment. · Capacity to follow instructions and collaborate as part of a team. · Focus on quality and attention to detail. · Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
