**COLLECTIONS MANAGER** We, PROLIMSO, are a Peruvian company with 18 years of experience in the marketing and manufacturing of household and industrial cleaning products, and we are currently seeking a Collections Manager. **Requirements** \- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. \- Knowledge of financial evaluation of customers. \- Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel. \- Prior proven experience in collections management within the wholesale channel or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector is desirable. \- Residency in San Juan de Lurigancho or nearby areas (desirable). **Responsibilities** \- Responsible for evaluating, defining, and approving customers’ credit lines. \- Maintain delinquency levels within parameters established by the company. \- Assess the solvency of customers applying for credit lines. \- Prepare customers’ promissory notes. \- Conduct collections activities on the assigned customer portfolio. \- Continuously monitor the portfolio under one’s responsibility. \- Submit weekly reports on recoverable debt and debt requiring reconciliation. \- Justify reasons for portfolio delinquency to Management. \- Ensure proper maintenance and preservation of customer files. \- Prepare or submit any information requested by control and audit departments. **Competencies** * Problem-solving ability. * Analytical ability and contribution to results. * Ability to work under pressure. * Moral integrity and ethics. * Honesty. * Leadership. **Benefits** Salary: PEN 2,000 – PEN 2,300 Inclusion in MYPE payroll. **Working Hours** Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. \- 5:30 p.m. / Saturday: 8:00 a.m. \- 1:00 p.m. **Work Location:** San Juan de Lurigancho (two blocks from César Vallejo University) Position Type: Full-time Salary: PEN 2,000.00 \- PEN 2,300.00 per month Work Mode: On-site employment
