If you have customer service experience, cash handling skills, and enjoy delivering agile, friendly, and efficient service, we want you! Responsibilities: * Greet and serve customers courteously and efficiently at the point of sale. * Process cash and electronic payments for orders, ensuring accurate cash register closing. * Manage cash register operations: opening, reconciliation, and closing. * Enter orders into the system and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure correct delivery. * Address, route, and follow up on customer inquiries, complaints, or suggestions. * Assist in monitoring and updating the availability status of products. * Support delivery orders and resolve basic incidents. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the service and cashier areas. * Adhere to service protocols and internal procedures. Requirements: * Minimum 6 months of experience as a cashier, customer service representative, or sales advisor in fast food or restaurants. * Basic proficiency with digital tools (POS systems, applications, basic Excel). * Strong communication skills and customer orientation. * Ability to work under pressure. * Immediate availability to work in San Felipe – Jesús María. * Availability for Full-Time or Part-Time employment (rotating shifts or closing shifts). * Professional demeanor, clear communication, and service mindset.
