We are seeking a Geochemistry Laboratory Analyst II to perform environmental analyses, implement methodologies, and ensure the validity of results in an accredited laboratory.

ANALYTICAL LABORATORY is an accredited environmental laboratory dedicated to providing environmental monitoring and analysis services for various sectors such as mining, hydrocarbons, industry, fisheries, etc. We are currently seeking a **GEOCHEMISTRY LABORATORY ANALYST II**
**REQUIREMENTS:**
* Graduate, Bachelor's degree holder, or certified professional in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, and/or related fields.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in environmental and/or food testing or similar activities.
* Implementation (validation/verification) of methods for Gas Chromatography in water, soil, air, and SSOO matrices.
* NTP/ISO 17025 training.
* Estimation and evaluation of measurement uncertainty.
* Ensuring the validity of results.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Comply with the Quality Management System (QMS) policy and other management system guidelines.
* Conduct analyses according to established methodologies.
* Record, document, and maintain all obtained data per management system specifications.
* Identify deviations, risks, or opportunities for improvement within the management system or procedures for laboratory service delivery; report to immediate supervisor.
* Ensure the validity of results.
* Participate in and maintain laboratory equipment, instruments, and facility order and cleanliness.
* Participate in the implementation and/or validation of new laboratory methodologies in coordination with the supervisor.
* Verify operational status and proper functioning of laboratory equipment per authorization.
* Monitor the laboratory equipment calibration, maintenance, and intermediate verification program.
* Request necessary equipment for assigned testing activities.
* Meet result delivery deadlines to the immediate supervisor.
* Other duties assigned that are inherent to the position.
