We are currently seeking a professional with the following profile: **Requirements** * Completed secondary education; incomplete technical and/or university studies * 1 year of customer service experience * Basic computer literacy (user level) **Responsibilities** * Prepare the appointment board one day in advance. * Ensure availability of courtesy items at their designated locations. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and operational readiness of customer areas (waiting room, reception zone, restrooms). * Record license plates and vehicle arrival times for customers. * Greet customers entering the dealership according to the established script, identify their needs, and direct them to the appropriate personnel. * Place corresponding cones for each service type (FIR, NO FIR, B&P, WITH APPOINTMENT, WITHOUT APPOINTMENT). * Offer customers up-to-date promotions and discounts. * Ensure immediate attention by the advisor during vehicle delivery and guarantee customer comfort while waiting. * Coordinate and ensure the customer takes a taxi upon vehicle delivery. * Ensure customers are aware of the benefits of the Grupo Pana mobile app. * Report no-shows to the MRS. * Comply with company-established safety regulations. * Carry out other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor, aimed at specific objectives that may fall outside the scope described herein, provided they do not violate provisions stipulated in the Internal Work Regulations. **Benefits:** * Full payroll registration * 100% covered EPS (health insurance) * Corporate discounts Employment type: Full-time Work location: On-site employment
