We are currently looking for a committed individual eager for professional growth to fill the position of: **Itamae / Maki Roller for Munaska \- San Borja.** **What Are We Looking For?** * Completed secondary education or a technical degree in gastronomy. * Minimum 6 months of experience. * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Knowledge of Asian cuisine. * Experience in maki preparation. * Availability to work rotating shifts from Tuesday to Saturday, 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and Sundays, 12:00 PM (half-day) to 9:00 PM, with Mondays as the day off. * Availability to work on-site in San Borja. **What Challenges Await You?** * Rolling and preparing makis. * Filleting fish for sushi bar display. * Preparing all menu dishes according to established recipes. * Performing production and processing of ingredients. * Assisting with deep cleaning of work areas. * Complying with hygiene standards. **What Do We Offer?** * Direct payroll enrollment with all statutory benefits. * Career development opportunity.
