We are looking for a **Kitchen Assistant** with a positive attitude, responsibility, and eagerness to learn, for a restobar located in **Miraflores**. **Responsibilities** * Assist in the preparation of ingredients and mise en place. * Keep the work area clean, organized, and disinfected. * Knowledge of cold and hot food stations. * Assist the head chef in plating and dispatching dishes. * Comply with established quality and hygiene standards. * Collaborate with inventory management and product storage. * Follow instructions from the chef or kitchen supervisor. **Requirements** * Minimum 8 months of kitchen experience. * Basic knowledge of food handling. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Punctuality, cleanliness, and teamwork. * Residing in areas near Miraflores (desirable).
