Positive impact on the lives of thousands of people **MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN** **REQUIREMENTS:** ● Knowledge of corrective and preventive maintenance. ● Knowledge of metal-mechanical work. ● Basic electrical knowledge, including diagnostics, wiring, electrical panels, and industrial electrical systems (preferred). ● Knowledge of and/or training in Universal Welding. ● Knowledge of general maintenance (electrical, mechanical, and basic services). ● Proficiency in using workshop tools and equipment. ● Willingness to perform work at heights. ● Minimum 2 years of experience in the field. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** ● Perform welding tasks as required. ● Carry out maintenance on gearmotors. ● Perform suspension maintenance on trucks and trailers. ● Provide operational support to the warehouse area. ● Execute preventive maintenance according to instructions from supervisors or management. ● Ensure proper use and preservation of assigned equipment, tools, and assets. ● Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area, as well as control over tools and equipment under one’s responsibility. ● Carry out other duties assigned by supervisors or management. **BENEFITS:** ● **Remuneration**, commensurate with market standards. ● **Formal employment registration** under the general labor regime. ● **Mandatory Life Insurance**, effective from the first day of employment. ● **Subsidized EPS health insurance**, with minimal cost to the employee depending on the chosen plan.
