Teamwork and supervision We are a leading retail company currently looking to fill the following position: ***Responsibilities:*** * Restock products on shelves, counters, display cases, islands, and other exhibition areas. * Store and organize merchandise appropriately, ensuring stock availability. * Verify and keep product prices, promotions, and signage up to date. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper presentation of assigned areas. * Arrange merchandise by category or item to facilitate location and display. * Provide courteous assistance and guidance to customers when required. * Support inventory control and stock verification. * Perform additional tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. ***Requirements:*** * Minimum 3 months of experience in similar roles such as stocking, warehouse operations, or customer service (preferred). * Availability to work 6 days per week on rotating shifts. * Ability to perform operational tasks and handle merchandise. * Strong orientation toward order, organization, and cleanliness. * Customer service orientation and good interpersonal skills. * Responsibility, punctuality, and commitment to assigned duties. * Ability to work effectively in a team and under supervision. * Must reside in Ventanilla. ***We Offer:*** * Service fee receipt * Compensation of S/ 1,250 * Work schedule under a 6x1 rotating rest model. * Weekly rotating shifts (morning and afternoon). * Opportunity for professional growth and development. * Excellent work environment.
