Job stability and pleasant work environment WORK LOCATION: San Miguel MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Cleaning and maintenance of common areas (hallways, staircases, elevators, lobby, parking lots, etc.). * Sweeping, mopping, disinfection, and waste collection. * Cleaning of shower enclosures, windows, and glass surfaces. * Support in cleaning recreational areas (swimming pool, green spaces, playgrounds, etc.). * Proper use of cleaning materials and supplies. * Timely reporting to supervision regarding shortages of materials or any incidents. * Adherence to the established cleaning schedule. * Support in additional tasks assigned by management. REQUIREMENTS: * Responsible, punctual, and possessing a good service attitude. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Residing in nearby areas (desirable).
