Each creation emerges from the combination of premium ingredients, innovation, and aesthetics, with the mission of delivering experiences that delight all the senses.** **Requirements:** * Students, technical or university graduates in Gastronomy and/or Pastry Arts. * Minimum 1 year of experience in pastry. * Knowledge or experience in healthy pastry (desirable). * Experience in preparing gourmet desserts or petits fours (desirable). * Availability to work full-time with rotating shifts. * Work location: Surquillo **Responsibilities:** * Operate machinery and equipment correctly for various production and ingredient preparation processes. * Adhere to the task schedule assigned by the immediate supervisor. * Participate in preparing items following established recipes precisely. * Maintain cleanliness and order in work areas, complying with hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards. * Monitor ingredient stock levels and submit necessary requests to ensure uninterrupted production. * Strictly comply with food safety protocols and good food handling practices. * Store prepared products appropriately following established procedures. **Benefits:** * Formal employment under Remype payroll \- all benefits at 50%. * Market-competitive remuneration. * Opportunity for professional development within a creative and dynamic environment. * Shifts: Morning or Night shift.
