Job Summary: We are seeking organized and responsible Cleaning Staff for general facility maintenance, including floors, furniture, glass surfaces, and environmental disinfection. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive maintenance of various areas of the company. 2. Responsible for the custody and replenishment of cleaning supplies. 3. Assistance in basic maintenance of machinery and equipment. **THE COMPANY OPERATES IN THE ELECTRICAL SECTOR AND IS SEEKING CLEANING STAFF AVAILABLE TO WORK IN THE CALLAO AREA (AV. COLONIAL).** **REQUIREMENTS:** * **Minimum 6 months of verifiable experience in related activities.** * **Completed secondary education is not mandatory.** * **Organized and responsible individual with manual and visual dexterity and skill.** * **Availability to work fixed hours from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Saturday midday.** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Responsible for maintaining the store, offices, and operational areas of the company. * Responsible for the custody and replenishment of cleaning materials and supplies. * Responsible for compliance with SIG standards. * **Floor Maintenance\-Cleaning: performing tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and using a mop.** * Furniture Maintenance\-Cleaning: degreasing and dusting all parts of furniture. * Glass Maintenance\-Cleaning: removing dust, dirt, and rainwater droplets. * Disinfection of common areas, dining areas, restrooms, and transit zones. * Waxing of stairs. * Emptying trash bins: always performing appropriate recycling tasks. * Replenishment of supplies: items required for the assigned work area, e.g., toilet paper, liquid soap. * Disposal of solid waste via municipal garbage truck. * Support in maintenance of relevant machinery and equipment (e.g., basic painting, basic plumbing, cleaning and lubrication of machines). * Completion of maintenance activity records. **Benefits:** * Salary: S/ 1350\. * Formal payroll registration under the General Regime, with all legally mandated benefits. * Uniforms and safety equipment. * Positive work environment. **Interested candidates who meet the requirements should send their documented CV to segethmed@gmail.com / SUBJECT: CLEANING STAFF** Salary: Starting from S/.1,350\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
