Hotel located in the **San Isidro** district is seeking **female staff** to join the **Housekeeping / Cleaning** department, with availability to work **full-time**. **Required Profile:** * Age: **between 35 and 50 years old** * Previous experience in cleaning tasks (preferably in hotels, hostels, offices or similar institutions) * Responsible, organized person with a strong sense of order and hygiene * Ability to work following guidelines and meet quality standards * Proactive attitude, discretion, honesty and service orientation **Main Responsibilities:** * Comprehensive cleaning and organization of guest rooms, including changing bed linens, restocking amenities, and ensuring proper presentation of the room * Cleaning and maintenance of hotel common areas (hallways, staircases, lobby, restrooms, among others) * Inspection of furniture, equipment and accessories to verify proper condition, reporting any damage to the relevant department * Strict adherence to the hotel’s established cleaning, hygiene and biosafety protocols * Proper use of assigned cleaning supplies, equipment and materials * Support in periodic deep-cleaning activities and other housekeeping-related tasks as scheduled * Constant coordination with front desk and supervision to ensure proper room preparation **Employment Conditions:** * Work schedule: **full-time** * Working hours: shifts established by the company * Working days: **6 days per week**, with 1 day off * Employment contract in accordance with local labor law * Immediate hiring **We Offer:** * Job stability * Positive work environment * Market-competitive remuneration * Timely payment * Basic training on internal procedures Job Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,300.00 – S/.1,400.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
