We seek an experienced professional in managing and supervising dining room teams, possessing **leadership, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities**. The role entails ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining guest-focused attention to provide a positive, high-quality dining experience. Requirements * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions, preferably in restaurants. * Experience in supervising and coordinating front-of-house teams. * Ability to lead, organize, and motivate staff. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to make decisions and resolve incidents. * Availability to work in San Miguel. Main Responsibilities * Coordinate and assign dining room staff duties. * Supervise service delivery and verify compliance with service standards. * Ensure order, cleanliness, and proper presentation of the dining area. * Monitor staff attendance, appearance, and performance. * Address and resolve issues arising during service. * Guarantee a satisfying experience for customers. * Report incidents and prepare corresponding reports. * Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations. * Supervise proper use and maintenance of equipment, materials, and supplies. * Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to maintain smooth operations. * Guest service.
