




**Objectives:** Lead and supervise the grape harvest team in carrying out their duties. Verify that various machinery and winery facilities comply with cleaning and maintenance protocols to ensure their proper use, taking into account the required consumables. **Responsibilities:** 1. Coordinate daily operations of the assigned personnel. 2. Monitor and control operational parameters during winemaking and product preservation in process. 3. Verify that machinery is in good condition or operational. 4. Review with the responsible engineer the areas requiring maintenance and ensure that floors and walls are clean. 5. Report daily staff attendance for lunch requirements. 6. Enter the daily work log of assigned personnel into the designated application at the end of each day. 7. Track phenological products added to musts. 8. Track cleaning products used in the area. 9. Verify the weight (in kilograms) of grapes entering the processing area and the volume (in liters) of musts. **Requirements:** Final-year student or graduate in Enology and Viticulture. Immediate availability (starting January 2, 2026). Full availability to remain until completion of processing all grapes received on the day. **Benefits:** Direct inclusion in the company payroll.
