Position Summary: Technical professional or engineer in industrial or environmental safety to implement, supervise, and maintain occupational safety and health programs. Key Highlights: 1. Implementation and supervision of industrial safety and occupational health 2. Risk management, emergency response, and regulatory compliance 3. Coordination of health programs and safety certifications **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Technical degree in Industrial Safety, Bachelor's or Graduate degree in Industrial Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. \- Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health (Law No. 29783), minimum 120 hours. **SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS:** \- Maintain accident and incident records for the past two years. \- Implement measures to prevent serious accidents. \- Update the risk and control matrix, as well as the environmental aspects matrix. \- Define and apply safe work procedures. \- Develop and maintain emergency response plans. \- Verify that personnel hold valid safety certifications. \- Coordinate occupational health surveillance programs. \- Supervise the proper use of cleaning products. **QUALITY OBLIGATIONS:** \- Apply control measures and communicate risks to staff. \- Record observations regarding safe and unsafe conditions. \- Maintain accident statistics. \- Accompany authority inspections. **OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH OBLIGATIONS:** \- Comply with safety and environmental regulations. \- Report wear or damage, and maintain control of personal protective equipment. \- Report accidents and incidents and prepare corresponding reports and records. \- Participate in internal training sessions. \- Comply with safety parameters established by the company and clients. **BENEFITS:** Market-competitive salary Formal employment registration Statutory benefits (Essalud, bonuses, vacations, CTS).
