Job Summary: We are seeking an empathetic and customer-service-oriented hostess for a meat restaurant in Miraflores, responsible for customer service, suggestive selling, complaint resolution, and dining area maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Warm and empathetic customer service, including complaint handling. 2. Development of suggestive selling and maintenance of order in the dining area. 3. Service orientation and problem resolution under pressure. A meat-specialty restaurant located in Miraflores is seeking talent to fill the hostess position. Main Functions and Responsibilities: Provide warm and empathetic customer service, as well as handle complaints and/or issues arising in the dining area. Develop suggestive selling. Handle complaints and suggestions. Maintain order and cleanliness of equipment, dining room furniture, and tableware. Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. Profile Requirements: Education: Technical or university education preferred. Knowledge: Basic computer skills (MS Office, Internet, Windows). Work Experience: Minimum 3 years’ prior experience as a hostess \- waitress in restaurants, hotels, or related establishments. Mandatory and exclusive requirement. Skills: Customer service orientation, results orientation, problem-solving ability, and ability to work under pressure. Working Hours: Full-time schedule. Weekly tips. Position Type: Full-time. Salary: S/.1,025\.00 \- S/.1,330\.00 per month. Work Location: On-site employment.
