Job Summary: We are seeking a food handler to perform receiving, weighing, packaging, and labeling of fish and seafood, with emphasis on organization and cleanliness. Key Highlights: 1. High organizational and cleaning ability Requirements: · Minimum 6 months of experience in food handling at FISHING COMPANIES, supermarkets, and/or markets. · Competencies: high organizational ability, orderliness and cleanliness, speed. · Availability to work in cold environments. · Knowledge of stock records, inventory taking, picking, and goods dispatch. Responsibilities: · Receive and inspect products for proper condition. · Weigh and package fish and seafood. · Label products with expiration dates. · Know and apply HACCP and GMP standards.
