Join our team! **JOB MISSION:** Supervise and ensure the proper operational functioning of the branch, coordinate cross-departmental team work, and uphold the brand’s excellence and service standards. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical or university studies (completed or ongoing) in Administration, Commercial Management, Sports Sciences, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience leading teams or managing commercial outlets (preferably in the fitness, sports, or retail sector). * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Basic knowledge of labor regulations and customer service metrics. * Proactive profile with high empathy, leadership skills, conflict resolution ability, and results orientation. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise overall branch operations and daily development. * Ensure compliance with protocols, regulations, and internal policies. * Coordinate communication among reception, trainers, maintenance, and the commercial department. * Periodically evaluate the performance and productivity of supervised staff. * Manage user service, promptly resolving member complaints and incidents. **SCHEDULE AND WORK SHIFT:** * Rotating 8-hour daily shifts. * One rotating day off between Saturday and Sunday. **EMPLOYMENT OFFERING AND BENEFITS:** * Fixed salary: S/ 1,700\.00 per month. * MYPE payroll registration: Starting from the 4th month of employment. * Benefit: 100% FREE membership for training at XFLY branches. * Employment mode: On-site (Full-time).
