You will join a dynamic environment where you will receive continuous training, mentoring from experienced coaches, and the opportunity to specialize in archery instruction—a discipline that fosters focus, discipline, and confidence. **Schedule:** ✅**La Molina Branch** * Tuesday: 3:10 p.m. – 9:40 p.m. * Saturday: 8:20 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. * Sunday: 8:20 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. **Compensation:** S/ 585.00 – S/ 600.00 **Responsibilities:** * Support the coach during classes and sports activities. * Participate, after training, in guided instruction for beginner students and introductory sessions. * Assist with setting up and dismantling the archery range before and after sessions. * Ensure order, cleanliness, and basic maintenance of sports equipment. * Collaborate in interactive drills, exercises, and hands-on activities with students of various ages. * Assist the Head Coach in sports and operational tasks at the range. **Requirements:** * Final-year student or graduate in Physical Education, Physical Activity and Sport Sciences, Physical Training, Physical Therapy, Sports Management, Psychology, or related fields. * English language proficiency (desirable). * If you compete in sports or are preparing for competition, you may also apply. * Strong ability to teach, communicate, and interact effectively with people. * Availability to work weekends and holidays as scheduled. **Benefits:** * Comprehensive training in archery and teaching methodology. * Career development path and mentorship toward becoming a higher-level Coach. * Performance-based bonuses after the probationary period. * Formal employment registration. * Excellent work and learning environment. * Special discounts on our activities and programs. **If you are passionate about sport, enjoy teaching, and wish to grow professionally, we want to meet you!** Application Questions: * Briefly tell us if you have experience teaching, guiding, or working with people (children, youth, or adults). * Have you participated in any sport?
