Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and proactive Community Manager for our swimwear and aquatic sports accessories brand, with experience in content creation, video editing, and social media management. Support in marketing and advertising strategies We are a swimwear and aquatic sports accessories brand with over 10 years in the market, and we are currently looking for new talent to fill the Community Manager position. Requirements: * Age between 18 and 29 years old. * Graduate in Communication Sciences, Audiovisual Production, Advertising, or related fields. * Creative, responsible, proactive, productive, and effective individual. * Knowledge of content creation, video editing, photo shoots, and video recording. * Prior knowledge and experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of photography. * Agile in producing and posting trending content. * Familiarity with, understanding of, and ability to execute the latest Reels and TikTok trends. * Knowledge of digital platforms. * Proficiency in design tools (intermediate\-advanced level): Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, CapCut, etc... (Mandatory) * Proficiency in Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok platforms. Responsibilities and Activities: * Develop content plans. * Create content. * Support in developing marketing and advertising strategies. * Record videos in studio and on-location for advertising campaigns. * Conduct photo shoots in studio and on-location for advertising campaigns. * Upload content to social media. * Monitor and analyze data from organic social media campaigns. * Conduct market research to create data-driven content. * Manage and engage with social media accounts and community. * Measure social media positioning results to implement content strategies.
